Birthday Banner

My baby is having a birthday soon so I decided to make a girly birthday banner for her party. It was really easy and inexpensive. I justed used some scrapbook paper I already had and printed some letters off the computer. You can either use the actual printed letters or use them for a stencil.

Just cut them out and glue them on. Use a whole punch to punch the upper corners to thread ribbon through.

I purchased some tuelle (at Walmart for .97 cents) and cut 2 inch strips.

I tied the strips into bows between each letter.

And there you have it....a girly birthday banner!
